INSA - SAP Administration

HPS has provided management services for SAP INSA. In this case it is a remote service, based on a stock of hours with two types of interventions:

  • Proactive / planned to respond to requests for non-urgent incidents, or for improvement and maintenance tasks in general.
  • Reactive / Urgent care for urgent incidents or last minute requests that were not planned.

The service has been provided remotely through a phone line availability and remote connections through VPN.
