We offer management services in the following modalities, that can be arranged together as well to achieve the level of service required for each case:

• Service in person: The resource works on the customer's premises. Depending on the complexity of the implementation it can be enough with a single resource, up to a full team with a coordinator.
• Remote Service: We have a full management team working from our offices. The team has full-time dedication for the administration projects.
• Mixed Service: Consists of a coordinator in the customer's premises and a team of managers working in remote
• Stock of Hours: For simple implementations, it may be the most appropriate. Involves the recruitment of a stock of hours that allows for both preventive service or scheduled for the review of systems and implementation of maintenance, and improvements planned or reactive to urgent interventions, in which we undertake to begin the task a maximum of 4 working hours from the notice  (negocaible reducing such time). All this done remotely.
• Availability / Guards: They can be arranged as an individual way but it usually complements other services (describes above). There is a resource available to solve reactive incidents after working hours.

We have consultants fluent in English and ability to travel, and attending services where we have multinational experience.

 

For services of more than 6 months in the Iberian Peninsula allowances are not applicable for travel.
