EAT-DHL
EAT, or European Air Transport is the European division of Express parcel and flights of the multinational Deutsche Post DHL.
A variety of projects exist between HPS and EAT.
Maintenance and development of internal systems and communication with the Tax Agency.
Development and maintenance of new features for web management internal flights or Air Cargo Manifests. Site originally developed in ASP with Oracle database and reports in Crystal Reports, gradual migration to new technologies based on 64 bit technology .NET Framework from Microsoft.
Management via the Web for the signing up and treatment of both: flights (ACM) and packages (AWB) arriving and departing from different Spanish airports, including low-value goods (LV). Discharge permit and manage the different invoices associated with the handling of goods including storage or transportation. Control of information sent and received by Customs EDI international protocol, for both EDIFACT (United Nations / Electronic Data Interchange For Administration, Commerce and Transport) as well as XML level in the system recently implemented at European level ICS (Import control System) of risk and control of European numbering MRN (Movement Reference Number) to identify packages.
Creation and maintenance for the communication EDIFACT, of an application made in Visual Basic, later remodeled under .NET, called ACMsEDI. This application, together with the ATLAS application, runs in real time the status of packages, flights and shipping and receiving EDIFACT messages of Spanish customs.
At the same time creating an application (called EAT-IATA) which aims to manage the information of other companies belonging to the International Association IATA (Air Transport Association). The program is done in Visual Basic with Oracle database.
Finally, HPS gives maintenance by internal applications made in Visual Basic and Visual Basic .NET of import and export of the information generated.
